Refund Policy

Short version: Not what you expected? Email support@dmnews.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the $29 in full, no questions asked.
The DM Companion subscription can be cancelled anytime from your account page. We don't prorate the current month, but you won't be charged again.
The $29 report
If the report doesn't land for you — for any reason at all — you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@dmnews.com from the address you used to buy and we'll process the refund the same business day.
You don't need to explain yourself. We'd rather refund a buyer who didn't connect with the report than have them feeling stuck with something that didn't work for them.
Refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The DM Companion ($12.99/month)
You can cancel the Companion subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you keep access until the end of your current paid month — there's no prorated refund of the current month, but no future charges will be made.
To cancel, go to your account page, enter the email you subscribed with, and open the subscription portal. Cancellation takes a single click. If you'd rather we cancel for you, email support@dmnews.com.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee even when we agree with you, and we can refund you faster directly. We will always honour a refund request that falls within this policy.
